Doug Cowburn is a leader who is passionate about seeing other leaders succeed and reach their full potential.  As a Leadership Coach, his ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions, will help your church hone a great idea into an achievable goal.  His understanding of team dynamics will help to bring the whole team to the table as you make your vision a reality.   Doug is a firm believer that churches and ministry leaders do not necessarily need the right answer or training for their goals to become a reality.  Instead, we need the right question that reveals blind spots or brings vital issues to light. Doug, his wife Sharon and his two young boys, Brian and Zach all live in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Doug is currently involved in bringing health and vitality to his church, Canyon Ridge Christian Church. Here he serves on staff as a Community Pastor and as the Director of the Single’s Ministry.
